The renovation of Church Farm Barns, in the centre of the village, has now been completed. The new commercial units have created much needed employment space, and the Estate is delighted to welcome several new businesses into the village.
The works commenced in June 2017, with Phase I being completed in March 2018 and Phase II in September 2019.

The Heydon and Salle Estates are now collaborating for the benefit of both Estates. The Heydon and Salle teams will combine at the Salle Estate office to oversee both Estates as a single entity under the direction of Poul Hovesen who has managed the Salle Estate for over 30 years.
