Welcome to Heydon

Heydon is situated approximately 24 miles north west of Norwich in Norfolk and comprises 1,450 acres of arable farmland and 45 properties. Heydon village is a thriving rural community of around a hundred residents, which has its own pub, a tea shop , bakery and floral design and artisan store.

The village forms part of the Heydon Conservation Area and is widely known for its unspoiled beauty making it a popular location for filming and a delightful discovery for visitors.

In 2011 responsibility for the estate passed to Rhona Bulwer-Long who oversees the running of the estate.   The Estate is maintained as a modern rural community, conserving the past but looking to the future, a place where rural values are upheld.
